Lounge Bar and Courtyard
Informal, comfortable dining
The Lounge Bar is welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. There are tables and chairs and plenty of standing room at the bar. Further seating is available opposite reception and in the snug.
We offer an evening menu Monday to Thursday, 6.00pm - 9.00pm, and Saturday 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
The Lounge Bar is open all day, every day for hot and cold beverages. There is plenty of choice for wines and spirits and a great selection of real ale.
There is no food service at lunchtimes, or on Sunday.

Whisky Galore
The bar at The Greyhound is stocked high with Whisky. We have the most extensive collection of whiskies anywhere in Leicestershire. There are over 200 Malt Whiskies, some up to 21 years old, as well as Bourbons and a bargain whisky shelf.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome on its lead in the Lounge and Bar area.
Please just ask if you'd like a bowl of water.
18th century courtyard
The 18th century courtyard is the central feature of The Greyhound Coaching Inn. The original brickwork has been carefully renovated and restored during the extensive refurbishment of the Hotel. The traditional courtyard provides the main entrance to the Hotel under the original archway which defined the building as a Coaching Inn.
During the summer months, the courtyard provides a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful setting in which to relax and it has been used on many occasions for outdoor entertaining, summer bbq's, weddings and parties.
From the courtyard, you will find the main entrance to the Hotel, Greyhound Inn Restaurant, Reception, Lounge and Bar.
